| | I am a returning runner, having been out of it for many years following injury to my right leg. I just wouldn't listen to my body and ran high mileage for years with problems, compounding the injury. You live and learn! I have been building up for the last 3 years by using a gym for all round exercise, now I am embarking on running again, but progress is slow. Hopefully, runners world will inspire me in the way it used to :-)
