Only started running in Aug, signed up for that Nike RunLondon 10k. Entered for a bet with some geezer at work, old west ham git I'll show him, I thought. How was I to know he's run several marathons?!
He kicked my ass and I lost the bet but I've been well and truly bitten by the running bug, wish I'd started years ago.
PB: only done one race so....er 10k 52 mins 52 secs.
