(27th Feb 2012) I used to run regularly in my 20's but am now in my late 50's and have been running again since Jan 2007. The training has been a bit stop/start due to various injuries. I recently joined a local club (Running Somewhere Else) and would like to get a bit fitter and faster! I completed the 2011 Bath Half Marathon in 2hrs 35 mins but have decided to concentrate on 10K races for the time being.
