| | i like to play squash so i took up running in a hope to improve fitness for that and i would also like to lose some fat and get a more athletic physique. however i have only been running for a few weeks and i think ive been bitten by the bug and i feel so good after a run, so i am starting to see running as a sport/workout in its own right. i feel i would like to run a few races in 2007, possibly 5K to start and maybe a 10K as my fitness progresses | | | Message me |
