My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 10 Mile Third favourite: Marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Swimming, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

I used to run years ago - had a three year break and started again in June 2006. Just comleted my first race the Bedford Half Marahton and did a reasonable time of 1:48:37. Will continue to run 10K/10Mile/Half Marathon races in the future.
