I am a: serious competitive athlete I have been running for: 5-10 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 31-50 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to be competitive in races
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Walking (hill walking)

Previously a keen footballer who ran to maintain fitness; having hung up my boots (2006) I have focussed on running. 2007-2012 have completed a handful of 10k's & a dozen 1/2M's. Also recently added the NYC marathon to the list.
