My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling

i am currently running 5 days a week, between 3 miles and long runs of currentlt 10-15 miles. I am training fro a 3-30 London in 2007.
