My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Cross-country I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Swimming, Walking (hill walking)
More about me
I started out running to get in shape for football, and did some big mass-participation races (GNR etc). Last year I quit the football, and now I just run. Since moving to the Midlands from Leeds I've joined a running club for the first time, and its made a massive difference to my running. Now I aim to do plenty of races, large and small, and get out in the fresh air as often as possible. Death to all treadmills!
