I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: Over 10 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 31-50 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, treadmill, fell My most important reason for running is: to be competitive in races
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: Trail races Third favourite: Fell I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Road cycling, Skiing, Walking (hill walking)

I have been running for 30 years, and over the past 5 the amount of racing/training has reduced gradually for all sorts of reasons - partly choice and partly circumstances. I emigrated to NZ 2 years ago, wish I had done it ages ago, a brilliant place to live and run.
