I started running again in March 2007, in preparation for R4L season as usual - I'm doing 3 this year!! This time round for some reason, it's different and despite carrying a few stone more than is really good for me, I've made more progress in the last 2 months than the last 10 years altogether. Not quite sure that I'll ever do a marathon, but I have entered the GSR 07 to give me a longer term goal, and hopefully by the time that comes round, there'll be a lot less of me to drag round the 10 miles!
Update Jan 08. Injured for 3 months now, waiting for miracle cure for 'dodgy ankle' so I can get back to running soon
Update Oct 09: finally after a lot of time out injured and mega cba-ness, I am in the zone. Joined a running club and a netball team this year, and really enjoying my running now :-)
