Used to be a bit of a runner and a bit of a babe but that was nearly 30 years ago - eek! I want to be fab and fifty not fat and fifty, hence my current fitness fury. Have lost a fair bit of weight and been a regular gym bunny for about 3 years. I now have an overwhelming desire to run again - no idea where it has come from. Maybe it''s because I''ll no longer cause a Tsunami off the east coast!
