| | I am an independent individual who loves to get outside and just go find things to do with the outdoors whether running, hiking or other things. Running helps to de-stress my life. I am a teacher so a lot of the time I don't have the time or energy to go out and run due to my workload. But I do try when I can. I have been entering more races so I have things to train for. I try to do interval training even though I believe interval training is pure evil. (But it works!!) | | | Message me |
