 More about me
Well I am a fairly new runner, initially I started to run so that I could drink more acohol 'I love lager and I like to party' and eat more junk food. Yes, you've guessed it I like to work hard and play hard. I don't do dieting! If someone had said 6 months ago you will be running 4 miles most nights a week sometimes in the pouring rain being drenched to the skin I would have said you are having a laugh and you have got to be joking! The weird thing is - I love it! Running for me is the most exhilarating form of fitness I have found, it works your heart and lungs to the max and has toned my legs so much that I can see the dents - wow! I now love the outdoors - anything offroad with a lake seems to do it for me. I am a Bedford Harrier - "probably the best running club in the world!!" it is so much more than a running club and more of a community where everyone is supportive of one another and where winning is about being the best you can be and not for providing glory to the club. Finally - I think that Racing - provides the best buzzzzzzz!!!! and better still - it comes without any real side effects. BrilliAnt!!!!
