I am a: beginner I have been running for: Under 1 year I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less I do these types of running: trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself
I take part in events: Never I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Walking (hill walking)

Hi I have just started taking up running, as a way of getting fitter, but mainly to help and support the missus as she is trying to lose weight and get fit. Im semi-fit at the moment as I am in the forces I have to do an annual fitness test (which leaves me dying on my backside lol) so next year I want to breeze it for a change.
Planning to do some charity runs this year most likely later on in the year.
We run up at Penrhos Park just outside of Holyhead, Anglesey which is brilliant place to run so if their are any others in the area let us know and we could all get together
