My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 5K Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Road cycling, Swimming

Started running around April ''07 inspired by Jane Tomlinson and her Leeds 10K with the hope of losing a few pounds and getting a little fitter. 18 months on have lost over 2 stone, given up smoking, completely hooked on running, have just completed my first short triathlon! I love running!
