Started running in 2007 after 40+ years of avoiding breaking out of a walk. Have run one 10K so far, got injured in my second one in June 2008 which stopped me doing any serious running for the rest of that year. All better now and have currently got 3 x 10Ks lined up and have entered the Royal Parks Half in October 09 - can't wait to get training for that!
