I am a: beginner I have been running for: 1-3 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: Marathon Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Road cycling, Skiing, Walking (hill walking), Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

began running april 07. slow but happy! have just completed my first marathon (april 08). can''t say i enjoyed doing it but i did enjoy finishing it! have now done new forest marathon too, enjoyed that much more! currently easing myself slowly off the injury bench.
