I have been working out regularly for about 18 years and have recently started running more seriously. I run on a treadmill and outside but keep getting alot of injuries so I am also a member of a gym to access other cardio equipment in order to cross-train. I also enjoy strength training with free weights mostly.I love exercise and always feel good after a workout.I am hoping to increase my level of running over the coming months.
