I take part in events: Never I also do these sports: Skiing, Walking (hill walking), Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

I am currently working through the 8 week beginners training programme, with the aim to run 30 mins at the end of it. It is a struggle but I am getting there and the targets are really helpful. I haven't tried running before because I never really knew how to start... Runners World has really helped fill in the gaps.
