I started running in 2007 after being diagnosed with lung disease. Various serious exacerbations have meant a lot of stopping and starting, and then due to the drugs I take my joints started to hurt and I stopped in 2010. I've now decided that since my lungs are stable I will very slowly train back up, with the aim of completing some 5k parkruns in a few months time.
