I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 5-10 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself
I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Mountain biking, Road cycling, Swimming

Just done my first half marathon,enjoyed it, trying to get faster in my running,started this year at 32 minutes for 5k now at 28 mins.
