A reconditioned rather than reformed couch potato!!! An old banger given a new lease of life although a little threadbare. - As Indiania Jones would say 'It's not the years it's the mileage' In my case mininally running miles in the first part of my adult life.
Reluctantly I started running as easy and cheap way to boost my weight loss.
I quickly found that running doesn't have to be like when I was at school - running is actually fun. Worse still I really like going off roads and paths and onto trails and cross country. Even coming home mud splattered - Even more fun if I can get my OH to wash my kit for me!
