Hey there. I've been responsible for managing the team who built this website. I used to run a lot of cross country stuff when I was younger, though got into cycling since then. My only claim to running is getting back into it a bit in the last 6 months whilst building this site. Once, at most twice, a week. Maybe 10 miles say.
