I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Road cycling, Swimming

Running for two years and for the first time am not running for any other reason other than because I absolutely LOVE it. It gives me valuable time to myself (I have 4 children under 8 yrs old), I adore the fresh air, and the buzz from knowing my body works! I'm 35 and I'm fitter now than I have ever been in my life. Too scared to do a marathon yet, but...watch this space!
