I have run for about 3 years now, i love it!! I ran London 2010 for the 2nd time beating my PB by 55 minutes in a time of 4.03. I gave up smoking weed and started running, my high in life now is running. My aim is to get fitter, stronger and get my half time down to 1.35 and do a sub 3.30 marathon.
