My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: 5K I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training)

This year sees a return to running after an average set of races last year and high weight gain after discovering the joys of the kebab.
The intention is to go under 1hr30 in the 1/2Marathon and break my pbs on local fell runs.
I am married to my beautiful wife and have two great little boys. My passions are Jesus, My family, Working with young people and my friends.
