I was a late starter to the running world and wished I'd found out about it sooner. What's wonderful is that you can nip out on your own and think over your day or you can join up with some running buddies and have a good natter. When I was training for the London marathon with my daughter this year we had a great opportunity to catch up on life in general without the bother of small children and husbands. Just the two of us!
Status: Married with two children and one granddaughter
