Ran FLM01(5:30) and FLM02(4:44) then did nothing for 4 years, therefore unfit & overweight. Entered FLM06 but had to defer due to injury. Completed FLM07(7:08) which was HARD!!! and FLM08(5.39). Want to keep running to regain previous standard and loose weight. One day a sub 4hr marathon....
