 More about me
Running has been a fantastic learning curve and something that I have come to love. I incorporated it into my regular fitness regime but never had any set goal in place. I used to run with a few people at lunchtime in my old job. Then I moved up to Cheltenham and the weight started to creep up...how easily it happens! I started to think that I needed to do something when my size 14's were feeling snug...so I changed my eating habits and the weight started to come off slowly. I lost 26 lbs over the course of a year and then felt comfortable enough to start running again. Getting back into it was easy and because I had a training plan in place I felt more in control and focused. I have signed up to do a half marathon in October and am busy preparing for that.
 Status: Getting quicker!
