My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 5K Third favourite: Cross-country I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Swimming, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

I have been running since I was 9! Did the Southampton lower schools XC Champs in year 4 and haven't looked back... now I'm attempting marathons and trying to get my mileage up. PB's... 5km 19.38, 10km 39.26 (chip), HM 90.11 (chip), Mar 3.28.47 (chip).
