I successfully finished my first half marathon which was at Reading on 29th March 2009. I then suffered a back injury and spent several months having physio and rehabiltating. In January 2010 I joined a gym and worked hard to get my fitness back up. On 22nd April 2010 I nervously braved my first run in 7 months and was ecstatic to manage 6 miles without any back problems :o)) I have just entered my name into the ballot for London in 2011, who knows what will happen but I think its fair to say I have been bitten by the bug again! July 2011 unfortunatley I suffered a knee injury, I tried to keep running but in late 2011 I realised I would need to get professional help for my knee after several weeks of physio, here I am it's spring 2012 I am starting to go running again and trying to decide on a running goal to focus on.
