My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10 Mile Next Favourite: 5 Mile Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Now a qualified endurance coach with Athletics Ireland, I love coaching athletes, many of whom gain new PB's on a regular basis. I've shaken off a bad hammy injury which stopped me running for the first 5 months of 2012 and I'm now striving to get back to full race fitness.
