| | Ran a few marathons in my early twenties. Was a slow runner back then with a PB of 4:05. Also ran a Comrades in 10:33. Gave up running for a few years but took a look at my flabby body when I turned 30 and picked up the running again. Since then knocked the marathon PB down to 2:52 in Feb 2011 and then 2:45 in Oct 2011. Another Comrades done in a more respectable 8:38 as well.
