I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 1-3 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, treadmill My most important reason for running is: to lose/maintain weight
My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Marathon Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Skiing
More about me
I mainly run to keep fit for football, keep the weight off and so I can eat what I like. I enter the odd race and in March 2011 I fulfilled my running ambition of a sub 3 hour marathon, I just run to enjoy it now but might give it some at a race if I feel like it on the day. I enjoy running on my own or with company but I am not a member of a running club.
