I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 3-5 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 31-50 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Cross-country Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

As of September 09 I am a non-smoker. I work in Dorking, Surrey and make good use of Ranmore and North Surrey Downs at least 3 times a week and occasionally will do a road run in Worthing (hometown). I'm running partly to maintain weight, partly to help me keep off smoking - but I'm really keen to see my times come down and see a real difference in my fitness levels.
