| | I did my first marathon in 2009 (5.13)and said never again.Unfortunately caught the bug and nowthe more I learn about running the more i want to run.I believe that running has immense health benefits which is one of my motivations for running.Will be doing the roding valley half on 27.2.11 and brighton marathon this year.My goal when i started this journey was to run the london marathon under 4 hours.Brighton last yeat 4.47 hoping for 4.20 this year then sub 4hrs 2012. |
