My three favourite events are: Favourite: Triathlon Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Mountain biking, Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Haven't run since leaving school in 1994. Back then I could run 2 miles from school to the Boathouse and then do a couple of hours rowing.
