My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 10 Mile Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Walking (hill walking), Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

Started power walking in Feb 07, by Sept 07 I had lost over 2 stone (i needed to!) The walking got harder on my calfs so I started jogging.
