My name is Beck and I like to run slowly, but for as far as I can. My furthest "race" so far is a half marathon - I use inverted commas because I never race anyone, I just run for the hell of it. I'm quite slow - 11-12 minute miles and slower as the distance increases (!) but if there is anyone in the Guildford area wanting to join me for FLM 07 training (girl preferred) then drop me a line!
