My three favourite events are: Favourite: Ultra Next Favourite: Trail races Third favourite: Cross-country I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Adventure racing, Road cycling, Skiing, Walking (hill walking)

battling through the last of these dark winter days and evenings, Spring WILL be here soon ... so I continue to juggle training of ANY sort with the needs of the family - oh that's a laugh! A few big races planned for Spring/Summer but looking under threat unless the niggles sort themselves soon! Ultra is where I like to be, and off road/trail is the perfect terrain for me.
