I'm a writer by day and a runner by night.
Some weekends I race, some weekends I don't.
As a long distance runner, I've a nasty habit of breaking bones but I soon snap back (ho ho) and return to the roads where I belong.
I haven't eaten meat or consumed alcohol in 7 years and I don't ever intend to again. It's all about the clean living.
Balsamic vinegar, pink lipstick, poetry and clouds are some of my favourite things in life.
Enough time to breathe them all in whilst getting the miles in the bank.
