I started running to improve my fitness for a Course and found after a while that I enjoyed it. I have kept it up and now run 10k's and an occassional half marathon. I'm not a fast runner but enjoy the personal challenge. Ran FLM2007 and looking forward to running another in 2008 - Got the bug for longer distances now and will use halfs to build up for another marathin next year.
Loved the Summer league and Champagne league in th Hull area and would reccomend to all to have a go.
