21 stone at the turn of 2009.
Inspired by the old man who ran the FLM in ''09 (at 62) i went for the Manchester 10k.
Running has now become ''My Thing'', i''m down to 16 stone something and still losing. I love it.
I''ve completed the 2010 VLM for the Meningitis Trust (6:11 with gastroenteritis)
The Brathay Windermere Marathon in 2011(5:21)
The Lancaster Marathon in 2012 (5:24)
The Manchester Marathon in 2013 (4:35) and 2014 (4:37)
