My three favourite events are: Favourite: Half-marathon Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Mountain biking, Road cycling, Swimming

Overweight, ageing alcoholic, desperately attempting to hang on to the last remnants of normality before senility finally envelopes me.
Started this running stuff as a bet that I couldn't do it, I won, they lost and the rest as they say is history.
Can't race as much as I would like due to work, but happy to say that I have made loads of good friends thru running...thank you one and all.
I am now more of a triathlete than a runner, though others would argue that neither applies
