Got the Triathlon bug at 49 in 2006. Have been making steady improvements - getting older, getting faster :-)
Also do the odd 5k and 10k race and just done my first Ultra Nottingham 50k.
Swim has some some improvements but have limited strength and mobility in one arm, bike getting faster, run steady.
Usually place in middle of all age groups and came 3rd in my Age Group in the OSB Midland Series.
