I started running to get fit and then to improve my fitness as I was a Football Referee. After dropping in and out for about the last eight years (I have had more comebacks than Status Quo!), I am now in regular attendance at Billericay Striders and have become their Web Master.
Last year started Triathlons, and now this is my focus!
