Hi all, I have been running for nearly 10 years and have done quite a few races over that time, all of which have been 10k's or 1/2M.
I was in FLM 2002 but had to pull out due to a knee injury so I'm doing 2003 on a defered entry.
I have so far entered Hastings 1/2, Tunbridge Wells 1/2 and the Grim 8 this year in preparation for FLM 2003.
