Last year I was 6 stone overweight and decided to make fundemental changes to the way I live my life. Once I lost 3 stone I pulled on the running shoes to take up the sport that I had always loved.
My PB for 5k is 35 mins and 1h10m for 10k - Times that I am constantly striving to improve. I still have a couple of stone to lose but losing weight is no longer for cosmetic reasons - I just want to run faster!
