Age 64 ''JUST''overweight. (10ST 5LBS) Arthritis in hands and feet Training for my 4th London Marathon. I know my limitations. I cant get through the 16/18 mile point without breaking into run/walk (power walk). So, I''''m running all my 10+ mile sessionS in intervals - 4min/1.15min. I''ll be running the London in intervals from the start line and hope I can smash my 5hr time. I''m supporting VICTA (Visually Impaired Children Taking Action). Up dated 6th April 14.
