Age 64 ''JUST''overweight. (10ST 8LBS) Arthritis in hands and feet. Ran my 4th London Marathon in a PB of 4hrs:48secs. I cant get through the 16/18 mile point without breaking into run/walk (power walk). So I now run in intervals of 3min/50secs.I support VICTA (Visually Impaired Children Taking Action, The Army Benevolent Fund and Arthritus Research UK. Up dated 061014. I ran/walked the Berlin this year too in 4hrs:57mins:46secs.
