I am a 30 something keen sportsman who has played football for many, many year. Took up running properly in 2009 as I was keen to do the London marathon. Did the Cardiff half that year (1:32:35), Llanelli Half 2010 (1:30:00) and London in 2010 (3:23:02). I mainly run to keep in shape so I can continue to play football into my 40''s but I am pretty competitive too. I''ll be doing London again in 2014 where I''ll be looking to beat my PB of 2010...
